The KIKAS was abandoned by his owners at the shelter in January 2019. He was very scared and barked at everyone. He lived many years simply avoiding us. Over time, he became calmer. Now he approaches people he knows, allows himself to be picked up and held, and because he is very food-oriented, he runs to people when they have snacks. With strangers he remains very cautious, barks, but during all these years at the shelter he has never bitten anyone. He had a bacterial infection in his left front paw that took time to heal and now he limps slightly on that paw, but this does not affect his quality of life. He gets along very well with other dogs. He walks well on a leash. The KIKAS will be handed over vaccinated, dewormed, spayed/neutered, and with a microchip.

O Kikas foi abandonado pelos seus donos no abrigo em janeiro de 2019. Estava muito assustado e ladrava a toda a gente. Viveu muitos anos simplesmente evitando-nos. Com o tempo, tornou-se mais calmo. Agora aproxima-se das pessoas que conhece, deixa-se levantar ao colo e, por ser muito orientado por comida, corre para as pessoas quando têm snacks. Com estranhos mantém-se ainda muito cauteloso, ladra, mas durante todos estes anos no abrigo nunca mordeu ninguém. Teve uma infeção bacteriana na pata dianteira esquerda que demorou a sarar e agora manca ligeiramente desta pata, mas isso não afeta a sua qualidade de vida. Dá-se muito bem com outros cães. Anda bem à trela. O Kikas será entregue vacinado, desparasitado, esterilizado e com microchip.
