Klößchen, Tim &#038

European Shorthair · Male · Kitten · 3 months

We are Klößchen, Tim and Karl … three mini cats who want to make your life more colorful! This is who we are: We were found when we were about three weeks old. We were lovingly raised by hand and are now ready for our forever home. We are very playful, friendly and people-oriented. Characteristically we are similar, but there are also already small personality traits. Tim is always in every game round and likes to end the day by "kneading dough" on the "can opener's" upper body. Karl is the bravest and also likes to observe his brothers' activities from an elevated platform. Klößchen is, unusually for his name, the least gluttonous and likes to talk, even in his sleep. Zoomies are his specialty. We wish for … a shared home, as we are very attached to each other. We are looking forward to space to play and romp, scratching posts, also catwalks. A balcony (secured) would of course also be great. Understanding children should be okay for us. If you would like to give us a great place, please contact us via the request form below.

About Klößchen, Tim &#038

What life with Klößchen, Tim &#038 looks like

Klößchen, Tim &#038 is a very small puppy/kitten european shorthair cat waiting at Tierheim Berlin in Berlin.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Klößchen, Tim &#038, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Klößchen, Tim &#038?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierheim Berlin handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Klößchen, Tim &#038 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Klößchen, Tim &#038 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierheim Berlin will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Klößchen, Tim &#038 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Klößchen, Tim &#038 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierheim Berlin early rather than rehoming privately; they know Klößchen, Tim &#038 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
