LAIKA... and a history that echoes sadly. Eight years ago, this charming girl was taken from the shelter. LAIKA was young and had a home. Her human. Her place in the world... But after ten years, LAIKA once again crossed the shelter's threshold. Her heart aches. For reality is often simple and cruel: when a dog passes away, they become unnecessary. Now over ten years have passed. In the shelter's history—hundreds of such stories. And they seem to never end. But we still try. We try to find the times when a human will not leave her behind again. What is she? LAIKA is a challenge, a living, active girl. She reacts to other dogs—but can any of us be good enough? If her life were not tied to a leash, if she were cared for, perhaps today she would be entirely different. But LAIKA is not a problem. LAIKA is a dog that simply needs a human. Could there be homes that will be her final ones? Homes from which she will never be returned. If you cannot adopt—share. Sometimes one share can change an entire life. LAIKA still waits❤️🐾 for Laikai to give her a permanent home?

Laika… ir istorija, kuri skaudžiai kartojasi. Prieš 9 metus ši nuostabi mergaitė buvo paimta iš prieglaudos. Laika lyg ir turėjo namus. Savo žmogų. Savo vietą pasaulyje… Bet po aštuonerių metų Laika vėl peržengė prieglaudos vartus. Širdis plyšta. Nes realybė dažnai būna labai paprasta ir labai žiauri: kai šunys pasensta – jie tampa nebereikalingi. Laikai dabar apie 11 metų. Prieglaudose tokių istorijų – šimtai. Ir jos, atrodo, niekada nesibaigia. Bet mes vis tiek bandome. Bandome Laikai rasti žmogų, kuris jos nepaliks dar kartą. Kokia ji? Laika yra linksma, gyva, aktyvi mergaitė. Ji reaguoja į kitus šunis – bet ei… kas iš mūsų yra tobulas? Jei jos gyvenimas nebūtų pririštas prie grandinės, jei su ja būtų dirbta, gal šiandien ji būtų visai kitokia. Tačiau Laika nėra problema. Laika yra šuo, kuriam tiesiog labai reikia žmogaus. Gal kažkur yra namai, kurie taps jos paskutiniaisiais. Namais, iš kurių ji niekada daugiau nebus grąžinta.
