And Laki was damn lucky. That's why he carries this name today. 🍀 Laki was found in a village - with a gunshot wound to his leg. Someone had shot at this young dog. It was probably birdshot, so several small shot particles hit his leg. Fortunately, it turned out during medical care that Laki did not need surgery. His injury was treated and he was able to recover. From a story that could have ended very differently, the story of a little lucky dog became: Laki. ❤️ And those who now expect that this experience has made him a dog that faces the world skeptically, don't know Laki yet. Because this big guy has preserved something very special: his friendly, open nature. And apparently he has a magical attraction to cats. 😂❤️ Cats love Laki. No matter where he appears - the furry ones seek his proximity, come to him and want to cuddle with him. And Laki? He doesn't seem to mind at all. 🥹 A big dog with an amazingly large cat fan club. For his future home, we wish him as much ground-level living as possible or at least as few stairs as possible. Not because Laki can't run stairs right now, but because we want to take care of his joints in the long term and avoid unnecessary stress. Of course, Laki also doesn't want to just look pretty and gather cats around him. 😉 He needs people who enjoy joint walks, activities, sniffing and learning with him and at the same time show him that rest is also part of life. Above all, we are looking for people with whom his luck will finally become complete. Laki has survived a shot. He was found. He was taken care of. And he was able to experience that there are people who mean well to him. Und Laki hatte verdammt viel Glück. Genau deshalb trägt er heute diesen Namen. 🍀 Laki wurde in einem Dorf gefunden – mit einer Schussverletzung am Bein. Jemand hatte auf diesen jungen Hund geschossen. Vermutlich handelte es sich um Vogelschrot, sodass mehrere kleine Schrotpartikel sein Bein getroffen hatten. Zum Glück stellte sich bei der medizinischen Versorgung heraus, dass Laki keine Operation benötigte. Seine Verletzung wurde behandelt und er konnte sich erholen. Aus einer Geschichte, die ganz anders hätte enden können, wurde so die Geschichte eines kleinen Glückspilzes: Laki. ❤️ Und wer jetzt erwartet, dass diese Erfahrung aus ihm einen Hund gemacht hat, der der Welt skeptisch gegenübersteht, kennt Laki noch nicht. Denn dieser große Kerl hat sich etwas ganz Besonderes bewahrt: seine freundliche, offene Art. Und offenbar besitzt er eine geradezu magische Anziehungskraft auf Katzen. 😂❤️ Die Katzen lieben Laki. Egal, wo er auftaucht – die Samtpfoten suchen seine Nähe, kommen zu ihm und möchten mit ihm kuscheln. Und Laki? Der scheint überhaupt nichts dagegen zu haben. 🥹 Ein großer Hund mit einem erstaunlich großen Katzen-Fanclub. Für sein zukünftiges Zuhause wünschen wir uns aufgrund seiner Größe möglichst ebenerdiges Wohnen oder zumindest so wenige Treppen wie möglich. Nicht, weil Laki aktuell keine Treppen laufen könnte, sondern weil wir bei einem großen Hund langfristig auf seine Gelenke achten und unnötige Belastungen vermeiden möchten. Natürlich möchte auch Laki nicht nur hübsch aussehen und Katzen um sich versammeln. 😉 Er braucht Menschen, die Freude an gemeinsamen Spaziergängen, Beschäftigung, Schnüffeln und Lernen haben und ihm gleichzeitig zeigen, dass Ruhe genauso zum Leben gehört. Vor allem aber suchen wir Menschen, bei denen sein Glück jetzt endlich vollständig wird. Laki hat einen Schuss überstanden. Er wurde gefunden. Er wurde versorgt. Und er durfte erfahren, dass es Menschen gibt, die es gut mit ihm meinen.
