Lando was taken in at the request of a helper after being driven out of the yard of his previous home. His life has not been easy: he lived his entire life on a chain and was not regularly fed, which is why he is still rather thin. Eventually, he even slept on the street in front of his own house. Despite this background, Lando shows himself to be a very pleasant, well-mannered dog. He behaves kindly, walks nicely on a leash, is gentle, clingy, and overall rather quiet. He loves treats and this makes him a dog who can quickly blossom with a bit of affection and security. He is compatible with other dogs. He has not been tested with cats. Overall, he appears to be a rather uncomplicated, pleasant companion who should fit well into a loving home. However, it is important to give him a lot of patience right after his arrival and to teach him the most important basics with the help of a positively working dog training class. After a successful period of training, do you want to finally give Lando the safe life he has never had before? A big thank you goes to Cornelia M.! Lando wurde auf Bitten einer Helferin aufgenommen, nachdem er aus dem Hof seines bisherigen Zuhauses vertrieben worden war. Sein Leben war bisher alles andere als leicht: Er lebte sein ganzes Leben an der Kette und wurde nicht regelmäßig gefüttert, weshalb er noch immer zu dünn ist. Schließlich schlief er sogar vor seinem eigenen Haus auf der Straße. Trotz dieser Vorgeschichte zeigt sich Lando als sehr angenehmer, gut erzogener Hund. Er benimmt sich freundlich, läuft schön an der Leine, ist sanft, anhänglich und insgesamt eher ruhig. Leckerlis findet er großartig, und genau das macht ihn zu einem Hund, der mit etwas Zuwendung und Sicherheit schnell weiter aufblühen kann. Mit anderen Hunden ist Lando verträglich. Mit Katzen wurde er bisher nicht getestet. Insgesamt wirkt er wie ein eher unkomplizierter, angenehmer Begleiter, der sich gut in ein liebevolles Zuhause einfügen dürfte. Trotzdem ist es wichtig ihm gerade auch nach seiner Ankunft ganz viel Geduld entgegenzubringen und ihm am besten mit der Unterstützung einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule die wichtigsten Grundlagen beizubringen. Nach einer erfolgreichen Vorkontrolle und der Übernahme einer Schutzgebühr reist Lando kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt, entfloht und mit einem EU-Heimtierausweis.
