She prefers to take things at her own pace and will come to you when she feels safe and comfortable, forming lovely bonds once she trusts you. Latte does sometimes get overwhelmed when out and about leading to her being reactive around other dogs, so she would benefit from use of a secure private outdoor space for some chill time.
