Who has the most adorable eyes in the whole country? It's definitely our Laurenz! Laurenz was rescued by our animal rescuers from the streets. He was well-known in the area and had been a stray dog his whole life. He was always fed on a farm near a factory but was chased away. Unlucky for Laurenz, but lucky for him, he now has the chance for his own home. He was temporarily housed in our private shelter in Zalau. Unfortunately, the conditions here are not ideal, and we hope very much that the sweet Laurenz will soon earn his ticket to happiness. Laurenz is approximately 8 years old, stands about 43 cm tall, and weighs 20 kg. He is initially reserved but a gentle and loving dog. He has never known what it is like to be loved and cared for. On a leash, he walks quite well, and he loves to sniff around. And basking in the sun on his fur—our Laurenz especially loves that. Unfortunately, Laurenz has a malformed front leg and sometimes hobbles with his hind leg. It is likely that he was hit by a car, and his leg grew in the wrong position. We will be getting an X-ray soon. We wish Laurenz a loving family that can provide him with a peaceful life. Laurenz will no longer be a long-distance runner and simply wants peace in his life. Many love, people who will dedicate themselves to him and share a few more beautiful years with him—someone like that is what our Laurenz is looking for. He still needs to learn to live in a household and is not familiar with the rules of a proper dog life. He looks forward to lots of cuddles, regular contact with his fellow animals, and a full belly. Our Laurenz is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. He brings his EU pet passport and can be fostered if you can provide a positive match. Seine Geschichte: Zalau, Rumänien. Wer hat die treublickensten Augen im ganzen Land? Das ist definitiv unser Laurenz! Laurenz wurde von unsren Tierschützern von der Straße gerettet. Er war bekannt in der Gegend und sein Leben lang ein Straßenhund. Er wurde immer auf dem Hof einer Fabrik gefüttert und dann von dort weggejagt. Glück im Unglück für Laurenz. Denn nun hat er die Chance auf ein eigenes Zuhause. Er wurde in der Zwischenzeit in unserem privaten Shelter in Zalau untergebracht. Leider sind die Bedingungen hier nicht schön und wir hoffen sehr, dass der süße Laurenz bald sein Ticket ins Glück ergattert. Laurenz ist etwa 8 Jahre alt und hat eine Größe von ca. 43 cm und wiegt 20 kg. Er ist anfangs zurückhaltend, aber ein sanfter und liebevoller Hund. Er wird nie erfahren haben, wie es ist geliebt und umsorgt zu werden. An der Leine läuft er schon recht gut und er schnüffelt für sein Leben gern. Und sich die Sonne auf den Pelz scheinen lassen – das mag unser Laurenz besonders gerne. Leider hat Laurenz eine Fehlstellung am Vorderbeinchen und humpelt auch manchmal mit dem Hinterbein. Vermutlich wurde er mal von einem Auto angefahren und sein Bein ist in der falschen Position zusammengewachsen. Wir werden bald Röntgenbild anfertigen lassen. Wir wünschen uns für Laurenz eine liebevolle Familie, die unserem lieben Kerlchen ein ruhiges Leben bieten kann. Laurenz wird kein Langstreckenläufer mehr werden und wünscht sich eigentlich nur noch Frieden in seinem Leben. Viel Liebe, Menschen die sich ihm widmen und mit ihm noch einige schöne Jahre erleben wollen – so jemanden sucht unser Laurenz. Er muss das Leben in einem Haushalt noch lernen und kennt die Regeln eines artgerechten Hundelebens nicht. Er freut sich auf viele Streicheleinheiten, regelmäßigen Kontakt mit seinen Artgenossen und über sein immer volles Bäuchlein. Unser Laurenz ist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Er bringt seinen EU-Heimtierausweis mit und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine verminderte Schutzgebühr von 300 Euro in sein neues Leben reisen.
