Leila is a very friendly, lovable, affectionate, active-sporty girl dog who is looking for a loving home - with people who fit her and her needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case in her first home: an older couple had received Leila as a gift. This was not a good idea, because Leila was young and her playfulness and temperament did not match the lifestyle of the donors. So they - out of helplessness - kept Leila in a shed behind the house. Understandably, the young female dog was "out of control" every time she had free run and chased the cats out of exuberance, as her overwhelmed owners reported. Probably they gave up the sweet Leila when she got a life-threatening uterine inflammation. It was a great luck for the female dog that she was taken in by the animal shelter, where she was medically cared for and healed. Now she has the chance for a happy, dog-friendly, loving home. Leila ist ein sehr freundliches, liebenswertes, anhängliches, aktiv-sportliches Hundemädchen, die ein liebevolles Zuhause sucht – bei Menschen, die zu ihr und ihren Bedürfnissen passen. Das war in ihrem ersten Zuhause leider nicht so: ein älteres Paar hatte Leila als Geschenk bekommen. Das war keine gute Idee, denn Leila war jung und ihre Bewegungs- und Spielfreude sowie ihr Temperament entsprachen so gar nicht der Lebensweise der Beschenkten. So hielten sie – aus Hilflosigkeit – Leila in einem Verschlag hinter dem Haus. Verständlicherweise war die junge Hündin jedes Mal, wenn sie Freilauf hatte, „außer Rand und Band“ und jagte aus Übermut die Katzen, so berichteten ihre überforderten Eigentümer. Vermutlich gaben sie die süße Leila ab, als sie eine lebensgefährliche Gebärmutterentzündung bekam. Es war für die Hündin ihr großes Glück, dass sie im Tierheim aufgenommen wurde, wo sie medizinisch versorgt und geheilt wurde. Nun hat sie die Chance auf ein glückliches, hundefreundliches, liebevolles Zuhause.
