Leire arrived at Triple A with her newborn kittens. She was almost like a little kitten herself – frightened and not understanding what was happening. Despite everything, she did her very best to look after her little family. Sadly, three of her kittens did not survive. Only Lilo, a beautiful black kitten, managed to pull through thanks to his mum’s care and the support he received at Triple A. It’s heart-warming to see the special bond between them. Lilo is an affectionate, playful kitten, full of life, and it’s impossible not to be moved when you see him snuggling up to his mum whilst she protects and cares for him with boundless devotion. Leire is a beautiful, small, semi-long-haired cat with striking green eyes. She’s gradually becoming more relaxed, although she’s still a little wary. This is normal: she’s been through some very tough times and is still focused on looking after her only baby. Once Lilo becomes more independent, we’ll be able to get to know his true character better. 💛 Leire and Lilo embody the strength of a mother who never stopped fighting for her little one.
