Lena is a calm and somewhat reserved lady. She will need time to get used to a new environment and learn to trust her people. Meanwhile, Lena is slowly coming out of her shell; step by step she dares to come closer. Regularly she greets you with a cheerful "meow" and looks curiously at what's going on around her. Her playful character also comes more often to the forefront, especially when she feels unobserved. Lena can be easily tempted with something tasty, which can help to win her trust in a calm and positive way. We are looking for a quiet, predictable household (without children) where she can get used at her own pace and blossom into a fine companion. Lena responds very well to other cats here and will really need a buddy. That's why we place her with a social, stable cat who can help her build confidence. After an adjustment period, Lena wants to go outside to explore the quiet, green surroundings.

Lena is een rustige en wat afwachtende dame. Ze zal tijd nodig hebben om te wennen aan een nieuwe omgeving en haar mensen te leren vertrouwen. Inmiddels komt Lena steeds meer uit haar schulp; stap voor stap durft ze dichterbij te komen. Regelmatig begroet ze je met een vrolijk ‘miauwtje’ en kijkt ze nieuwsgierig naar wat er om haar heen gebeurt. Ook haar speelse karakter komt steeds vaker naar voren, vooral wanneer ze zich onbespied waant. Met iets lekkers is Lena goed te verleiden, wat kan helpen om op een rustige en positieve manier haar vertrouwen te winnen. We zoeken voor Lena een rustig, voorspelbaar huishouden (zonder kinderen) waar ze op haar eigen tempo kan wennen en kan uitbloeien tot een fijne metgezel. Lena reageert hier erg goed op andere katten en zal echt een maatje nodig hebben. We plaatsen haar daarom bij een sociale, stabiele kat die haar kan helpen bij haar zelfvertrouwen.
