A family saw him, took him in—because they were afraid he might be hit by a car—and brought him to the shelter to check if he was microchipped. He wasn’t. Flyers were put up in the area in case someone was looking for him. Nobody came looking. A while passed, and now it was time for the next step: finding his permanent home. For this purpose, the family reached out to us for help in promoting his adoption. Lutter Lutter is a 6-year-old, 8-kilogram palikari (a small breed of dog). His blood tests, a joy. He seems to enjoy walking with other dogs and ignores the cats at the shelter. He is a sympathetic master with a disability towards people and couches.
