But I’m also really tough! I love climbing and going on adventures. I’m always on the lookout for treats, and I love grabbing them right out of your hand. You see, I absolutely adore attention and a good petting session. What makes me the toughest of them all? Well, I actually took the initiative and approached my partner myself: one night, I just hopped right into his cage. It was love at first sight—and he was so happy! With great sadness, I have to tell you that he passed away a little while later. No, it wasn’t because of my beautiful looks. I’d really love to have another loving companion by my side again, and for us both to live happily ever after. Hoihoihoi! Mijn naam is Lily. Ik was op avontuur op straat toen men mij vond. Sindsdien mag ik hier verblijven. Ik ben nog jong en de mensen zeggen dat ik zacht en super lief ben. Maar ik ben ook hartstikke stoer! Ik houd van klimmen en op onderzoek uitgaan. Op strooptochten naar lekkers en ik pak dat graag uit de hand. Ik ben namelijk dol op aandacht en een aaisessie. Wat maakt mij de allerstoerste? Ik ben zelf op mijn partner afgestapt: in de nacht ben ik zo, hop, in zijn hok gesprongen. Het was liefde op het eerste gezicht en hij was erg gelukkig! Met veel verdriet moet ik alleen vertellen dat hij een tijdje later is overleden. Nee, niet door mijn mooie uiterlijk. Ik zou heel graag weer een lief om mij heen hebben en dat we samen ons sprookje mogen eindigen met ‘en ze leefden nog lang en gelukkig’.
