Born in March 2016, Linnu was only able to stay at home for a year and now, since 12.03.2024, is waiting for a new very patient family here at our shelter, who would give the timid kitten enough time to adjust and understand that Linnus can never be properly housebroken. Before moving to a new home, we have written about her: This black little gentleman in the picture is our beautiful and gentle Linnu. Linnuke is already an elderly cat lady, who, despite her age, has gradually begun to open up to us. She came to us from a kind woman with a big heart who saved the kitten from the street - but unfortunately, the rescued spirit had too much in the home and therefore asked for help finding a home. Linnu is a very unique character. Linnu does not get distracted by shutters, toys or treats, but by water bowls. Every morning, when we put new clean water bowls on the dry tray in the cat room, Linnuke comes eagerly to put herself into the bowl and nibble the tray. In her endless gratitude, Linnu has the habit of slowly blinking at us and softly rubbing our ears with a deep and rhythmic purr. If it is necessary to give Linnu medicine or if we have to catch her for a veterinary visit, catching her is a kind of mystery. She always stretches her head in the most visible places in the cat room and usually lets herself be sat beside, but when a hand is extended towards Linnu, she makes a surprised face and begins to quietly move away. So she creeps along the floor making herself small, taking a few steps back and waiting - if we try to catch her, she moves a few steps forward again. KASSITOA PEIDETUD PÄRL - LINNU - OTSIB OMALE UUT ARMASTAVAT JA KANNATLIKKU KODU...... 2016. aasta märtsis sündinud Linnu sai kodus olla vaid aastajagu päevi ja ootab nüüd alates 12.03.2024 meie juures taas omale uut ning väga kannatlikku peret, kes annaks alguses uues kohas aravõitu kassikesele piisavalt aega kohanemiseks. Linnuke on juba seenioriealine kassiproua, kes ennast meile vaikselt nüüdseks avada julgeb. Ta jõudis meieni ühe suure südamega naisterahva juurest, kes kassikese tänavalt päästis - küll aga kogunes tal päästetud hingi kodus liiga paljuks ning seega palus nendele kodu leidmisega abi. Linnu on meil kassitoas väga suureks paikassiks muutunud!!! Kui ta pesakeses pikutades näeb inimest enda poole tulemas, ootab kiisu kannatamatult ja ikka seda, et inimese käed teda paitaksid, sügaksid ja et talle öeldakse, kuidas Linnu on kõige paim ja armsam ja ilusam kiisu..... Ja nurr on tal valjuhäälne ning sügav.... Linnu on väga omamoodi tegelane. Linnul ei lähe mitte ainult suletuti, paide ega maiustustega nurr lahti, vaid ka veekaussidega. Igal hommikul, kui me kassitoas uued puhtad veekausid puhtale kuivale rätikule asetame, tuleb Linnuke suure elevusega ennast vastu kausse ja rätikut nühkima. Nii ta hiilib kõht mööda maad end lapikuks tehes paar sammu eemale ning jääb ootama - kui me teda ikka püüda üritame, siis ta roomab taas paar sammu edasi.
