Adopt Lola Bunny

Mixed Breed · Unknown

Hi, my name is Lola Bunny! I'm a lively young dog who quickly settles into a new home and gets along without any issues with other dogs. Behavior-wise: I'm housebroken and well-mannered, I can be left alone (with another dog), and I learn basic commands quickly; the training will need to be reinforced in my new home. An adoption contract with a canine behaviorist will be required to ensure a good foundation in my relationship with my family. I know how to walk on a leash but I pull, especially if I see small animals. That's normal: I'm young and full of energy, and I want to explore everything! I have a strong predatory instinct that can lead me to try to escape and catch birds during walks. I'm not okay with cats or NACs. My future family will need a perfectly enclosed and high garden (including the gate) to prevent escape attempts, and they'll need to be careful when opening the front door to avoid my running away. At home, I'm very affectionate, I love playing with my favorite ball but also taking long naps. I'll need a sporty human who can provide me with a good education and the love I deserve. A human who can offer me a consistent lifestyle and a lot of work on recall.

About Lola Bunny

What life with Lola Bunny looks like

Lola Bunny is a adult mixed breed dog waiting at LPA Nord de la France in Lille.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇫🇷Adopting from France

French refuges follow the SPA framework: adopters sign a cession contract that includes sterilization, vaccinations, microchip identification, and rabies passport. Fees are typically €150–€300. Many refuges work with rescue transport partners for cross-border placements.

Frequently asked

Adopting Lola Bunny, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Lola Bunny?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. LPA Nord de la France handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Lola Bunny on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Lola Bunny if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — LPA Nord de la France will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Lola Bunny already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Lola Bunny isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with LPA Nord de la France early rather than rehoming privately; they know Lola Bunny and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (FR). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
