The two girls who spotted her at the side of the road, with cars speeding past her and her taking a step backward each time, stopped and carefully approached her. She was trembling with fear, yet she remained there as if she’d realized there was hope. They gently picked her up and took her with them. One of them took her in with great difficulty because of her own dog—until the day Laura left for DIKEPAZ to undergo examinations, get vaccinated, be spayed, and have a microchip implanted, registered with the Municipality of Saronikos. Laura will return in two days and be reintegrated, because no one has yet been found to open their home and offer her a loving embrace. She’s a calm and gentle creature. Can you save her? The love you’ll receive in return will be selfless and boundless.

Η Λώρα περίμενε στη λεωφόρο Μαρκοπούλου κοντά στα Καλύβια να επιστρέψουν να την πάρουν αυτοί που την πρόδωσαν, αυτοί που δεν την αγάπησαν. Οι δύο κοπέλες που την είδαν στην άκρη του δρόμου και τα αυτοκίνητα να περνούν από δίπλα της με μεγάλη ταχύτητα κ εκείνη κάθε φορά να κάνει ένα βήμα πίσω σταμάτησαν και προσεκτικά την πλησίασαν. Έτρεμε από το φόβο της μα έμεινε εκεί σαν να κατάλαβε ότι υπήρχε ελπίδα. Τη μάζεψαν απαλά και την πήραν μαζί τους. Η μία την φιλοξένησε με μεγάλη δυσκολία λόγω του δικού της σκύλου μέχρι τη μέρα που έφυγε για το ΔΙΚΕΠΑΖ για να κάνει εξετάσεις, να εμβολιαστεί , να στειρωθεί και να της τοποθετηθεί τσιπάκι καταχωρημένο στο Δήμο Σαρωνικού Η Λώρα θα επιστρέψει σε δύο μέρες και θα επανενταχθεί γιατί δεν έχει βρεθεί κάποιος να ανοίξει το σπίτι του και την αγκαλιά του.
