Lotti was dumped with Bobo in the back yard of the shelter. Unfortunately, we found him pregnant, ashamed of his former owner throwing him out like this! Young, full of energy, real energy bomb. He's a player, always moving. It's completely compatible with dogs. He's looking for the playmate in everyone. He's on a leash, but he's messy, so we need to study. He needs a lot of movement.
