Her story: "In the village where we found her, there are many dog haters. That's why we are so happy that we found a foster home for her. She would not have survived otherwise" (local animal rescuer) Lou was found in a village near Bistrita. Sleepily lying on a staircase, she was discovered. Many people in this village do not like stray dogs, even if they just sleep peacefully on staircases or wander the streets with wagging tails. It's hard to imagine what could have happened to her if she had not been rescued. Luckily, she was found by a local animal rescuer and brought to safety. Lou currently resides in a private foster home and is gradually warming up. She behaves very friendly and open towards other dogs. Lou is just waiting to find her forever family. Since she still has to grow a bit, she will be ready to travel from the beginning of November. Lou is looking for people who won't have too many expectations of her. Like many of our dogs, she is a wonder bag, and one can never be sure what breeds are in our mixed breeds. Born on the streets of Romania, Lou still doesn't know how life in a family with a house or apartment works. For her new life, she needs people who will patiently and lovingly show her what her new life entails. Taking in a puppy is always associated with a lot of work and time. In their first year of life, puppies should hardly ever be alone. Also, Lou still needs to be taught about peace and relaxation. Like all puppies, she wants to discover the world and is curious about what she can learn. Dog training schools can be a great help in dog training. It's important to train with positive reinforcement methods. If you have professional contacts you trust, I can always seek help from them during phases when things aren't going so well. After the puppy phase comes the phase of puberty. Many dogs switch to full throttle in certain moments and do sometimes silly, annoying, or over-the-top things. With patience, loving consequences, and a touch of humor, you can also master this life phase together. Lou is typically playful, curious, and loving. She shows no noticeable behavioral issues. She approaches people openly and is always friendly towards fellow animals. Lou is vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for fleas. According to her age, she has not been neutered yet. She will be neutered after a positive thank you to the Kaiser-Schmidt family. Her identity was given to her by them. As of: 26.09. This animal is not yet neutered/spayed.

Ihre Geschichte: „In dem Dorf, in dem wir sie gefunden haben, gibt es sehr viele Hundehasser. Deswegen sind wir froh, dass wir eine Pflegestelle für sie gefunden haben. Sie hätte sonst nicht überlebt“ (Tierschützerin vor Ort) Lou wurde in einem Dorf nahe Bistrita gefunden. Seelig schlummernd lag sie auf einer Treppe. Viele Menschen in diesem Dorf mögen keine Streuner, auch wenn sie nur friedlich auf Treppen schlafen oder mit wedelnder Route durch die Straßen streunen. Kaum vorstellbar was ihr noch passiert wäre, wenn sie nicht gerettet worden wäre. Zum Glück fand sie eine Tierschützerin vor Ort und brachte sie in Sicherheit. Lou wohnt derzeit in einer privaten Pflegestelle und taut immer mehr auf. Den anderen Hunden gegenüber verhält sie sich sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Lou wartet nur darauf ihre für-immer-Familie zu finden. Da sie noch ein bisschen wachsen muss, ist sie ab Anfang November ausreisebereit. Lou sucht Menschen, die erstmal nichts von ihr erwarten. Wie viele unserer Hunde ist sie eine Wundertüte und man kann nie genau sagen welche Rassen in unseren Mischlingen stecken. Geboren auf den Straßen Rumäniens, weiß Lou noch nicht wie das Leben in einer Familie mit Haus oder Wohnung funktioniert. Für ihr neues Leben braucht sie Menschen, die ihr geduldig und liebevoll all das zeigen, was zu ihrem neuen Leben dazugehört. Einen Welpen bei sich aufzunehmen ist immer verbunden mit viel Arbeit und Zeit. In ihrem ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen so gut wie gar nicht allein sein. Auch Ruhe und Entspannung muss Lou noch beigebracht werden. Wie alle Welpen möchte sie die Welt entdecken und ist neugierig, was sie alles lernen darf. Hundeschulen können bei der Hundeerziehung eine große Hilfe sein. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass mit positiven Verstärkungsmethoden trainiert wird. Habt ihr professionelle Ansprechpartner*innen, denen ihr vertraut, könnt ich euch auch in Phasen, in denen es mal nicht so gut läuft, immer Hilfe suchen. Nach der Welpenzeit folgt die Phase der Pubertät. Viele Hunde schalten dann in manchen Momenten mal auf Durchzug und machen manchmal witzige, nervige oder überschwängliche Dinge. Mit Geduld, liebevoller Konsequenz und einer Prise Humor könnt ihr auch diese Lebensphase zusammen gut meistern. Lou ist welpentypisch verspielt, neugierig und liebevoll. Sie zeigt keinerlei auffällige Verhaltensweisen. Offen geht sie auf Menschen zu und ist gegenüber Artgenossen stets freundlich. Lou ist geimpft, gechipt und entfloht. Ihrem Alter entsprechend ist sie noch nicht kastriert. Sie wird nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro und mit gültigem Heimtierausweis vermittelt.
