The LOUIS was found on the highway, very thin, starved, and even neglected. It underwent tests and unfortunately tested positive for leishmaniasis. It received treatment with Milteforan. It responded beautifully and within just three months, it had gained 4 kg. It is looking great, with a shiny coat. It is happy and in excellent spirits. Leishmaniasis has no cure, but as long as it is medicated daily with allopurinol and fed a good quality food, the LOUIS can have a long and good life. It is a very gentle dog. It loves human company. It gets along well with all dogs, whether male or female, small or large. It is a super docile dog. It behaves well on leash walks. The LOUIS will be delivered vaccinated, dewormed, neutered, and microchipped.

O Louis foi encontrado na autoestrada, muito magro, esfomeado, mesmo negligenciado. Fez análises e infelizmente deu positivo a leishmaniose. Fez o tratamento com Milteforan. Reagiu lindamente e nem 3 meses depois já engordou 4 kg. Está lindo, com um pelo brilhante. Está feliz e muito bem disposto. A Leishmaniose não tem cura, mas desde que medicado diariamente com alopurinol e comendo uma boa ração, o Louis pode ter uma longa e boa vida. É um cão muito meigo. Adora companhia humana. Dá-se bem com todos os cães, sejam machos ou fêmeas, pequenos ou grandes. É um cão super dócil. Porta-se bem nos passeios de trela. O Louis será entregue vacinado, desparasitado, esterilizado e com microchip.
