Adopt Luca Larina

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 7 months

The Luca family arrived with the help of the Füzesabonyi Animal Welfare Foundation, this 3-puppy group (1 female dog, 2 males). The puppies were born on September 23, 2025, and came into our care together with their mother. Truly cute babies, curious about everything, wiggle and move around, play and sometimes misbehave - as is completely normal for puppies. They are cheerful, interested, full of energy and a desire to explore. We are looking for loving, patient families who will discover the world with them, and are aware that raising puppies is not only fun and laughter, but also a lot of attention and learning. And of course, a little sense of humor is also helpful when here and there some urine or feces ends up on the favorite rug. The puppies of the Luca family are microchipped, they can be adopted with the continuation of the vaccination program and with the obligation of neutering.

About Luca Larina

What life with Luca Larina looks like

Luca Larina is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Noé Állatotthon in Budapest.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇭🇺Adopting from Hungary

Hungarian shelters operate at high capacity given the country's stray population. Animals leave sterilized, chipped, and with a passport. Many shelters coordinate transport to Germany, Austria, and the Nordics.

Frequently asked

Adopting Luca Larina, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Luca Larina?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Noé Állatotthon handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Luca Larina on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Luca Larina if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Noé Állatotthon will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Luca Larina already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Luca Larina isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Noé Állatotthon early rather than rehoming privately; they know Luca Larina and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (HU). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
