Her story: It was a sheer coincidence that saved Lumina's life: Our German team discovered the approximately 6-year-old female dog on a rest stop right next to a heavily trafficked road. She lay emaciated and exhausted by the roadside, but when our helpers pulled over, Lumina immediately approached them friendly and full of trust. She let herself be stroked right away, greedily ate the offered food, and showed how much she values human proximity. The swollen udder suggested that she must have recently given birth to puppies. Our team combed the entire area, even returned to the discovery site with Verstärkung and Lumina – but unfortunately, no puppies were found, and Lumina also did not give any indication that she had her children with her. In Busag's private shelter, Lumina finally let out a sigh of relief. There, another miracle of her great canine spirit was revealed: Nine puppies, which were rejected by their own mother, were adopted and lovingly cared for by Lumina. This not only proves her gentle character but also a heart full of compassion. Lumina is about 50 cm tall, very calm, friendly, and gentle. She shows clingy behavior towards humans, seeking their proximity, but never in an intrusive way. So far, she has behaved completely unproblematically with other dogs and avoids conflicts. Her relaxed character makes her a wonderful companion for anyone looking for an uncomplicated, sensitive dog. For Lumina, a new chapter of life begins, in which she hopefully finds a home where she will experience warmth, security, and appreciation. She has earned it so much. Ihre Geschichte: Es war reiner Zufall, der Lumina das Leben rettete: Unser deutsches Team entdeckte die etwa 6-jährige Hündin auf einem Rastplatz direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Sie lag ausgehungert und erschöpft am Straßenrand, doch als unsere Helfer anhielten, kam Lumina ihnen sofort freundlich und voller Vertrauen entgegen. Sie ließ sich direkt streicheln, fraß gierig das angebotene Futter und zeigte, wie sehr sie menschliche Nähe schätzt. Das stark angeschwollene Gesäuge ließen darauf schließen, dass sie erst kürzlich Welpen gehabt haben muss. Unser Team durchkämmte die gesamte Gegend, kehrte sogar noch einmal mit Verstärkung und Lumina zurück zum Fundort – doch leider konnten keine Welpen gefunden werden, und auch Lumina gab keinen Hinweis, dass sie ihre Kinder bei sich gehabt hätte. Im privaten Shelter von Busag durfte Lumina endlich aufatmen. Dort zeigte sich noch ein weiteres Wunder ihrer großen Hundeseele: Neun Welpen, die von ihrer eigenen Mutter abgelehnt wurden, hat Lumina adoptiert und versorgt sie nun liebevoll. Damit beweist sie nicht nur ihren sanften Charakter, sondern auch ein riesiges Herz voller Fürsorge. Lumina ist ca. 50 cm groß, sehr ruhig, freundlich und sanft. Menschen gegenüber zeigt sie sich anhänglich, sucht ihre Nähe, ist dabei jedoch nie aufdringlich. Mit anderen Hunden verhält sie sich bislang völlig unproblematisch und geht Auseinandersetzungen aus dem Weg. Ihr entspannter Charakter macht sie zu einer wunderbaren Begleiterin für alle, die sich einen unkomplizierten, sensiblen Hund wünschen. Für Lumina beginnt nun ein neuer Lebensabschnitt, in dem sie hoffentlich bald ein Zuhause findet, in dem sie Wärme, Geborgenheit und Wertschätzung erfährt. Sie hat es so sehr verdient. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro kann Lumina kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt, entfloht und mit einem EU-Heimtierausweis in ihr neues Leben reisen.
