Maddie ist eine junge Hündin, die sich Menschen gegenüber noch skeptisch zeigt und manchmal auch ängstlich ist. Sie braucht deshalb ein ruhiges, entspanntes Umfeld und Menschen, die ihr mit viel Geduld, Verständnis und Einfühlungsvermögen begegnen. Wer nichts von ihr erwartet, sie nicht bedrängt und ihr die Möglichkeit gibt, in ihrem eigenen Tempo Vertrauen aufzubauen, kann ihr dabei helfen, Schritt für Schritt Sicherheit zu gewinnen.
