Jest bardzo inteligentna i szybko się uczy, dobrze reaguje na wskazówki człowieka, choć czasem potrzebuje chwili, by wyciszyć emeocje. Najbardziej motywuje ją zabawa – uwielbia zabawki i chętnie wchodzi w interakcję z opiekunem. To pies pełen energii, który potrzebuje aktywnego życia i zajęcia dla głowy oraz ciała. Na smyczy bywa impulsywna, dlatego wymaga spokojnego, konsekwentnego prowadzenia i nauki skupienia na człowieku. Gdy się nudzi potrafi świetnie sama szukać sobie zajęcia co wymaga pracy i ciągłego uczenia się o jej potrzebach. Malina najlepiej odnajdzie się u osoby, która zapewni jej bardzo dużo ruchu, prace, zabawę i jasne zasady – wtedy pokaże, jak wspaniałym i zaangażowanym może być towarzyszem.
