Manami is a beautiful tricolor kitten who arrived at the shelter together with Hanako (401/26). Her beginnings were very difficult—terrified by her new situation, she spent most of her time hiding in her kennel, cautiously observing her surroundings. Today, we’re already seeing the first, very clear signs of progress. Manami is increasingly eager to come out of her hiding place, opens up to human contact, and enjoys being petted. She’s still somewhat shy, but each day she gains more confidence and slowly builds a sense of security. She’s a kitten who absolutely loves playing together with others. She especially delights in playing with a fishing rod, during which she forgets her insecurities and shows off her youthful energy. It’s precisely through calm play and a patient approach that it’s easiest to earn her trust. We’re looking for patient and understanding caregivers for Manami—people who’ll allow her to open up at her own pace. We believe that in a calm, loving home, she’ll quickly gain confidence and show just how wonderful a kitten she truly is. Before adopting, we kindly ask that you review the pre-adoption questionnaire and bring it filled out to the shelter. Please note: When deciding to adopt a cat or considering adoption, be sure to bring a carrier or transport bag for cats to the shelter. Manami to piękna trikolorowa koteczka, która do Schroniska trafiła razem z Hanako (401/26). Początki były dla niej bardzo trudne – przerażona nową sytuacją większość czasu spędzała schowana w swojej budce, z ostrożnością obserwując otoczenie. Dziś widać już pierwsze, bardzo wyraźne postępy. Manami coraz chętniej wychodzi ze swojej kryjówki, otwiera się na kontakt z człowiekiem i z przyjemnością daje się głaskać. Nadal bywa nieśmiała, ale z każdym dniem nabiera odwagi i powoli buduje poczucie bezpieczeństwa. To koteczka, która uwielbia wspólną zabawę. Szczególną radość sprawiają jej zabawy z wędką, podczas których zapomina o niepewności i pokazuje swoją młodzieńczą energię.
