Mango was dumped as a young kitten in a colony. It soon became clear why. Mango has a congenital defect that makes him walk a bit differently. He is slightly lame, according to the vet, due to a congenital and irreparable defect. Mango doesn't experience any discomfort from this. However, this means Mango absolutely must remain an indoor cat, in a safe environment. Mango is currently not touchable and prefers to keep his distance. Trust may grow, but only if he is given plenty of time. And especially the right person. We are looking for a quiet home for Mango, without small children or dogs, with someone who has a big heart for kittens that need (a lot) of extra time. Someone who doesn't push him, respects his boundaries and accepts him as he is. Mango can also be supported remotely through virtual adoption. This way you help him and other kittens like him get the care and time they need.

Mango werd als jong katje gedumpt in een kolonie. Al snel werd ook duidelijk waarom. Mango heeft een aangeboren afwijking waardoor hij een beetje anders loopt. Hij is licht kreupel, volgens de dierenarts door een aangeboren en onherstelbare afwijking. Mango ondervindt er zelf geen hinder van. Wel betekent dit dat Mango absoluut een binnenkatje moet blijven, in een veilige omgeving. Mango is momenteel nog niet aanraakbaar en houdt liever afstand. Mogelijk kan er vertrouwen groeien, mits hij hiervoor heel veel tijd krijgt. en vooral de juiste persoon. Voor Mango zoeken we een rustige thuis, zonder kleine kinderen of honden, bij iemand met een groot hart voor katjes die (veel) extra tijd nodig hebben. Iemand die hem niets opdringt, zijn grenzen respecteert en hem aanvaardt zoals hij is. Mango is ook op afstand te steunen via virtuele adoptie. Zo help je hem en andere katjes zoals hij aan de zorg en tijd die ze nodig hebben.
