The cat-loving sisters Mango and Kiwi lived with their previous owner, who could no longer take care of them due to health reasons, in a purely suitable for apartment living. The spayed kittens, with their slightly short legs and big eyes, are calm contemporaries who get along better with men than with women. Although Mango initially hisses at everyone and everything, she can quickly be convinced that no one means her harm, and then enjoys long cuddles. Kiwi, on the other hand, skips such attitudes and prefers to make herself comfortable on a lap or arm. Mango and Kiwi are looking for a new home together in a spacious apartment with a secure outdoor area, where they can spend their days with people and not have to wait all day for their return from work.

Die Katzenfreundinnen Mango und Kiwi lebten bei ihrem Vorbesitzer, der sich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht mehr um die beiden kümmern konnte, in reiner Wohnungshaltung. Die kastrierten Kätzinnen mit den etwas zu kurz geratenen Beinchen und den großen Augen sind ruhige Zeitgenossinnen, die mit Männern besser zurechtkommen als mit Frauen. Zwar faucht Mango zunächst einmal alles und jeden an, sie lässt sich jedoch schnell davon überzeugen, dass man(n) ihr nichts Böses will, und genießt dann auch ausgiebige Streicheleinheiten. Kiwi verzichtet dagegen auf derlei Attitüde und macht es sich lieber gleich auf einem Schoß oder Arm bequem. Mango und Kiwi suchen zusammen ein neues Zuhause in einer geräumigen Wohnung mit gesichertem Freisitz bei Menschen, mit denen sie den Alltag verbringen dürfen und auf deren Rückkehr von der Arbeit sie nicht den ganzen Tag warten müssen.
