Mara ist eine süße Hündin, die sofort viel Freude bringt. Sie ist fröhlich, aufgeschlossen und quirlig. Sicher wird sie ihren zukünftigen Menschen viel Lachen ins Haus bringen. Mara ist jung und dementsprechend voller Energie und Lebensfreude. Sie hat die Hoffnung nicht aufgegeben, dass da draußen ihr Mensch wartet, der sie liebt und sie als treue Freundin wählt. Mara wird es sicher tausendfach danken. Natürlich kennt sie das Leben im Haus noch nicht und muss das erst mit Geduld gezeigt bekommen. Die Verantwortung für einen Tierschutzhund ist immer eine besondere Herausforderung. Die Hunde bringen einen Rucksack mit vergangenen Erlebnissen oder ungelernten Situationen mit und brauchen Zeit sich an ihr neues Leben zu gewöhnen.
