But sometimes, the most important work we do doesn’t come with dramatic visuals. Sometimes, it’s about giving a horse a safe and happy future, not rescuing them from a tragic past. She had a nice home for all of her life and was well treated with enough space and company. Now at our shelter, Margarita is thriving.
