Marina was living on the streets nearby SCAN in an old van. After weeks we could catch her and bring her to the shelter. She takes her time to trust the humans, but breaks the ice with any dog within minutes. She is lively and playful. Marina was born without knee. We funded the operation and she succesfully received a full artifiical knee. Her recovery is going on very, very well even though she still needs to build up muscles and learn to use the leg 100%. Her perfect home would have a confident first dog, a quiet corner where she can relax, and plenty of patience, so that she can build trust without pressure and show her true character.
