Marion is approximately 2–3 years old and was found on a remote parking lot. There, she followed people, seeking their proximity. She was very hungry and clearly in need of help. Now, she lives in a foster home. From the start, Marion showed a strong human connection. She loves to snuggle, enjoys cuddles, and adores the attention of her people. However, she also clearly communicates when she has had enough—then she wants her space, and one should respect that. Marion gets along well with dogs. Other cats, she currently doesn’t particularly like and will occasionally hiss at them. However, as she has only been at the foster home for a short while, this could improve with patience and time. At first, she mainly stayed on a scratching post in the living room. Now, she explores other areas of the house and has chosen a favorite spot on a scratching post in the hallway, where she spends most of her time. When she feels secure, she comes for cuddles and seeks contact with her people. Eating is one of Marion’s favorite pastimes. She especially enjoys eating when being stroked. Marion is neutered, dewormed, and treated for fleas. She is house-trained and reliably uses her cat litter box. In total, she is a loving and cuddly young cat looking for a quiet home where she can be given time to settle in and build trust. As Marion has already experienced a free roam and clearly enjoys it, we would like to find her a home with the possibility of a safe free roam in a quiet environment. Marion ist etwa 2–3 Jahre alt und wurde auf einem abgelegenen Parkplatz gefunden. Dort lief sie den Menschen hinterher und suchte ihre Nähe. Sie war sehr hungrig und offensichtlich auf Hilfe angewiesen. Inzwischen lebt sie auf einer Pflegestelle. Von Anfang an zeigte sich Marion sehr menschenbezogen. Sie kommt gerne zum Schmusen, genießt Streicheleinheiten und liebt die Aufmerksamkeit ihrer Menschen. Allerdings zeigt sie auch deutlich, wenn sie genug hat – dann möchte sie ihre Ruhe haben und man sollte das respektieren. Mit Hunden kommt Marion gut zurecht. Andere Katzen mag sie derzeit noch nicht besonders und faucht sie gelegentlich an. Da sie aber erst seit einiger Zeit auf der Pflegestelle lebt, könnte sich dies mit Geduld und Zeit noch verbessern. Anfangs hielt sie sich hauptsächlich auf einem Kratzbaum im Wohnzimmer auf. Mittlerweile erkundet sie auch andere Bereiche des Hauses und hat sich einen Lieblingsplatz auf einem Kratzbaum im Flur ausgesucht. Dort hält sie sich die meiste Zeit auf. Wenn sie sich sicher fühlt, kommt sie von selbst zum Kuscheln und sucht den Kontakt zu ihren Menschen. Fressen gehört zu Marions Lieblingsbeschäftigungen. Besonders gerne frisst sie, wenn man sie dabei streichelt. Marion ist kastriert, entwurmt und entfloht. Sie ist stubenrein und benutzt zuverlässig ihre Katzentoilette. Insgesamt ist sie eine liebe und verschmuste junge Katze, die ein ruhiges Zuhause sucht, in dem man ihr Zeit gibt, anzukommen und Vertrauen zu fassen. Da Marion bereits Freigang kennengelernt hat und diesen sichtlich genießt, wünschen wir uns für sie ein Zuhause mit der Möglichkeit zum sicheren Freigang in einer verkehrsarmen Umgebung.
