Marta is a small female dog with a big heart. A Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz, slender and elegant, with a watchful gaze and that special mix of tenderness and courage that you won’t forget once you’ve met her. Her story begins in Andalusia, during a time of fierce storms and heavy rain. When people and animals had to be evacuated, Marta and two other dogs were simply thrown over a fence into our shelter. Scared, quiet, completely overwhelmed. And at the time, Marta was even pregnant. Fortunately, a helper took the three in. Today, Marta is in safety, medically attended to, and spayed. And finally, at a place where she can breathe again. On the foster home in Spain, Marta shows how she really is. Social, clingy, cuddly. She craves company, enjoys attention, and wants to belong. Marta is smart and eager to learn, bringing a great foundation to adapt to a new life quickly. She is compatible, living with other dogs and knowing cats. What Marta now needs is a real home. A safe place, trusted people, loving patience, and people who can show her that life doesn’t have to be loud and threatening. But warm, reliable, and full of small beautiful moments. Marta is ready to arrive. With each day, her trust grows. And with the right people by her side, this little survivor will become a loyal companion for life.

Marta ist eine kleine Hündin mit einem großen Herzen. Eine Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz, zierlich und elegant, mit wachem Blick und dieser besonderen Mischung aus Sanftheit und Mut, die man nicht vergisst, wenn man sie einmal erlebt hat. Ihre Geschichte beginnt in Andalusien, in einer Zeit von heftigen Stürmen und Starkregen. Als Menschen und Tiere evakuiert werden mussten, wurden Marta und zwei weitere Hunde einfach über einen Zaun in unser Shelter geworfen. Verängstigt, still, völlig überfordert. Und Marta war damals sogar trächtig. Zum Glück nahm eine Helferin die drei auf. Heute ist Marta in Sicherheit, medizinisch versorgt und kastriert. Und endlich an einem Ort, an dem sie wieder durchatmen darf. Auf der Pflegestelle in Spanien zeigt Marta, wie sie wirklich ist. Sozial, anhänglich, verschmust. Sie sucht Nähe, genießt Aufmerksamkeit und möchte dazugehören. Marta ist klug und lernt gern, sie bringt eine tolle Grundlage mit, um sich in einem neuen Alltag schnell zurechtzufinden. Dazu ist sie verträglich. Sie lebt mit anderen Hunden zusammen und kennt auch Katzen. Was Marta jetzt braucht, ist ein echtes Zuhause. Einen sicheren Platz, feste Bezugspersonen, liebevolle Geduld und Menschen, die ihr zeigen, dass das Leben nicht laut und bedrohlich sein muss. Sondern warm, verlässlich und voller kleiner schöner Momente. Marta ist bereit, anzukommen. Mit jedem Tag wächst ihr Vertrauen. Und mit den richtigen Menschen an ihrer Seite wird aus dieser kleinen Überlebenskünstlerin eine treue Begleiterin fürs Leben.
