In the American Staffordshire Terrier type, about 4 years old. Appearance: reddish-white, strong build. Personality: gentle, shy, looking at people. Health: skin problems, allergy. Location: dog hotel, Grójec. Contact for adoption: 501 797 018, MAŚLAK is a strong built dog, estimated to be about 4 years old. He was handed over to us by another foundation that found him a few weeks ago. The dog was not microchipped in any way, and there were no announcements that someone had lost him. MAŚLAK came to us with very advanced skin problems. It turned out he was allergic and it took us some time to normalize his skin condition. Each week we see that we are moving towards a good outcome. The dog is gaining shine, there are no more spots in the coat. We are slowly preparing Maślak for the neutering procedure. Who is MAŚLAK? He is one of our favorites. A rather fragile and delicate appearance lies within a big dog. MAŚLAK shows shyness towards new people, he is a dog who needs support from a person. He is very focused on his handler and seeks guidance. Did MAŚLAK live in a house? We don't know. For now, the dog is staying in a dog hotel, so we can't say much about him yet. We are slowly looking for even a temporary home, so that we can assess Maślak in more normal, urban conditions, among people and passing dogs. Definitely, we are looking for a home without children, seeing this puppy's confusion in the big world, we would prefer to make his start easier on the path to adoption. Pies nie był oznakowany w żaden sposób, nie było także ogłoszeń, że komuś zaginął. Maślak trafił do nas z bardzo zaawansowanymi problemami skórnymi. Okazał się alergikiem i chwilę nam zajęło unormowanie stanu skóry. Z każdym tygodniem widzimy, że idziemy ku dobremu. Pies nabiera blasku, nie ma już plam w sierści. Powoli szykujemy Maślaka do zabiegu kastracji. Jaki jest Maślak? To jeden z naszych ulubieńców. W wielkim psie drzemie dość krucha i delikatna aparycja. Maślak wykazuje nieśmiałość do nowych osób, jest psem, który potrzebuje wsparcia od człowieka. Jest bardzo wpatrzony w swojego przewodnika i szuka wskazówek. Czy Maślak mieszkał w domu? Tego nie wiemy. Na dziś psiak mieszka w hotelu dla psów, więc nie możemy jeszcze za wiele o nim powiedzieć. Powoli rozglądamy się choćby za domem tymczasowym, aby móc Maślaka ocenić w normalniejszych, miejskich warunkach, wśród ludzi, mijanych psów. Na pewno na start poszukujemy domu bez dzieci, widząc pogubienie w wielkim świecie tego psiaka, wolelibyśmy mu ułatwić start w drodze ku adopcji. Maślak nie jest sprawdzony ani do psów, ani do kotów.
