🐾 Hello, I am Mateo – and this is my story… 🐾 I was abandoned at a shopping center and taken in by a staff member of the refuge where I now live. During my preparation for entering the refuge, it was unfortunately found that I tested positive for leishmaniasis. Therefore, I was temporarily treated with Milteforan and am now receiving Allopurinol to quickly reduce my titer. I am a very friendly and affectionate male dog. In the refuge, I currently live with another male dog, and it's going wonderfully! I haven't had the chance to meet children or cats yet. So, I'm not sure if we would get along well – but I will definitely give it a try. Now I am looking for my forever home. People who have patience to help me adjust to life indoors and show me step by step how beautiful the world can be. People who take responsibility, have time, love, and the necessary means to give me a good, safe life. If you want to give me a warm heart, security, and a future, I look forward to meeting you. Upon entry, I will be vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and come with my EU pet passport.

🐾 Hallo, ich bin Mateo – und das ist meine Geschichte…🐾 Ich wurde an einem Einkaufszentrum ausgesetzt und bei einer Mitarbeiterin des Refugios aufgenommen, in dem ich nun lebe. Bei meiner Vorbereitung für den Eintritt ins Refugio wurde leider festgestellt, dass ich Leishmaniose positiv bin. Daher wurde ich zwischenzeitlich mit Milteforan behandelt und bekommt nun Alupurinol, damit mein Titer schnell wieder sinkt. Ich bin ein ganz freundlicher und verschmuster Rüde. Im Refugio lebe ich derzeit mit einem anderen Rüden zusammen, das klappt ganz wunderbar! Kinder konnte ich bislang noch nicht kennenlernen, ebenso wenig wie Katzen. Daher bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob wir uns gut verstehen würden - aber ich werde es auf jeden Fall mal ausprobieren. Ich suche nun mein Für-immer-Zuhause. Menschen, die Geduld haben, mich an ein Leben im Haus heranführen und mir Schritt für Schritt zeigen, wie schön die Welt sein kann. Menschen, die Verantwortung übernehmen, Zeit, Liebe und die nötigen Mittel haben, um mir ein gutes, sicheres Leben zu schenken. Wenn du mir ein warmes Herz, Sicherheit und eine Zukunft schenken möchtest, dann freu ich mich darauf, dich kennenzulernen. Bei Einreise bin ich geimpft, gechipt, entwurmt und habe meinen EU-Heimtierausweis dabei.
