He meets strangers with a certain skepticism at first, but never unfriendliness. He needs a moment – and that’s what makes him so special. Once his heart is won, Maylo shows his softer side: then he seeks closeness, enjoys cuddle sessions, and bonds closely with his primary caregiver. Outdoors, Maylo is an absolute pleasure to have along. He walks well on a leash, shows himself unobtrusive, and loves to be on the go. Long walks, discovering new paths, and exploring the world – that’s exactly his thing. With other dogs, Maylo gets along well, especially the company of female dogs he greatly appreciates. With male dogs, his preference is decided by their sympathy. For Maylo, an ideal home would be in a more quiet area where he can enjoy extended walks. A house with a garden would be a dream come true for him, but it’s not a must – much more important are people with patience, calmness, and an open heart.
