adoption requirements adoption process Now meet Mellow! Mellow has found his home! His story: The little fellow was found in Romania far away from villages or people. Without help, he would barely have survived there. Fortunately, he was taken in and brought to the shelter, and could now leave for a foster home in Germany at the end of October. Mellow is a friendly, people-oriented and playful male dog, who quickly wins the hearts of his people. Mellow is about 9 months old and with his barely 30 cm shoulder height and his light weight, he is a truly lightweight. He gets along well with other dogs, cats have not yet been tested. Mellow has a mild underbite, which does not bother him at all and does not hinder him. At 9 months of age, Mellow is still in the middle of puberty. In this phase, it is normal for dogs to test boundaries or develop insecurities. Therefore, we are looking for people who are patient, loving, and consistent, and who might also consider attending positive dog training classes with him to help him develop into a confident companion. The life in the house seems familiar to Mellow, as he goes straight into the house at the foster home and is already house-trained. Mellow is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed and has an EU pet passport. After a positive assessment, do you want to give the lovely, little Mellow a home where he can experience safety, security, and love? Seine Geschichte: Der kleine Mann wurde in Rumänien weit entfernt von Dörfern oder Menschen gefunden. Ohne Hilfe hätte er dort kaum überleben können. Glücklicherweise wurde er mitgenommen und ins Shelter gebracht und konnte nun Ende Oktober auf seine Pflegestelle nach Deutschland ausreisen. Mellow ist ein freundlicher, menschenbezogener und verspielter kleiner Rüde, der schnell das Herz seiner Menschen erobert. Mellow ist ca. 9 Monate und mit seinen gerade einmal 30 cm Schulterhöhe und seinem geringen Gewicht ist er handlich klein und ein richtiges Leichtgewicht. Mit anderen Hunden kommt er gut zurecht, Katzen wurden bislang nicht getestet. Mellow hat einen leichten Unterbiss, was ihn aber überhaupt nichth stört und ihn auch nicht behindert. Mit seinem Alter von ca. 9 Monate steckt Mellow noch mitten in der Pubertät. In dieser Phase ist es normal, dass Hunde Grenzen austesten oder Unsicherheiten entwickeln. Für ihn suchen wir daher Menschen, die mit Geduld, liebevoller Konsequenz und vielleicht auch dem Besuch einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule an seiner Seite bleiben und ihm helfen, sich zu einem souveränen Begleiter zu entwickeln. Das Leben im Haus scheint Mellow schon zu kennen, da er auf der Pflegestelle ohne weiteres ins Haus geht und auch schon stubenrein ist. Mellow ist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft und entwurmt und besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro darf er in sein neues Zuhause ziehen.
