Hello!, I’m Melon, a gorgeous fluffy girl with a beautiful longer coat and a very gentle personality. Because I have longer hair, I’ll need regular grooming to keep my coat looking and feeling its best. I’m a quiet girl and I can seem a little shy when we first meet, but give me a little time and I’ll soon start to warm up to you. Once I’m feeling comfortable, I absolutely love a fuss and will happily enjoy some attention from my favourite people. I even have the sweetest little silent meows, you might not hear me coming, but I’ll definitely let you know when I’m ready for some love! 🥰 I have lived with another cat before, although I think I may actually be happiest as your only cat, where I can have all the attention to myself. I did come into Rain Rescue with Mango, who is a very brave and confident boy and pretty much the complete opposite of me! Mango and I get along well, so if you’re looking to adopt a pair, we could potentially find our forever home together. His confidence could also be lovely for me, as I’m much more reserved than he is. I’m looking for a calm and loving home where my new family will give me the time I need to settle in and understand that I may be a little shy at first. Once I know I’m safe and loved, I’ll be ready to show you what a lovely girl I really am. ❤️ I could be a very happy indoor-only girl, or I could have some safe access to the outdoors once I’m fully settled and comfortable in my new home. My adoption fee is £135 or £234 if adopted with Mango.
