Merope, a medium-sized mixed breed, born in August 2020, is a sweet creature who needs a family of her own. She gets along with other dogs, both males and females. Despite her initial wariness of strangers, Merope can be approached and gently petted. It is clear that she simply needs time and patience to trust and open her heart. She does not know how to walk on a leash and needs to be taught. By helping Merope overcome her fears and fully trust humans, you will experience the joy of seeing her blossom and transform into a loyal and joyful companion. Merope needs a patient and loving family, one that gives her the necessary time to adjust and warmly welcomes her with understanding, offering her a quiet place where she can feel protected and safe. Walks, playtime, and cuddles will help her overcome her fears and establish a deep bond with whoever chooses to adopt her. She is currently at a private dog shelter in Basilicata and we are placing her both in Lazio and the North, after the appropriate pre-adoption home checks, vaccinated, spayed, tested for leishmaniasis, and of course with a microchip.

Merope, meticcetta di taglia medio grande, nata nell’agosto 2020, è una dolce creatura che ha bisogno di una famiglia tutta sua. Va d’accordo con gli altri cani sia maschi sia femmine. Nonostante la sua iniziale diffidenza verso gli estranei, Merope si lascia avvicinare e accarezzare con delicatezza. È evidente che ha solo bisogno di tempo e pazienza per fidarsi e aprire il suo cuore. Non conosce il guinzaglio e occorre insegnarle a camminarci. Aiutando Merope a superare le sue paura e a fidarsi pienamente degli umani, potrai vivere l’emozione di vederla sbocciare e trasformarsi in una compagna fedele e gioiosa. Merope ha bisogno di una famiglia paziente e amorevole, che le dia il tempo necessario per ambientarsi e che la accolga con calore e comprensione, offrendole un luogo tranquillo dove potersi sentire protetta e al sicuro. Passeggiate, giochi e coccole la aiuteranno a superare le sue paure e a instaurare un legame profondo con chi sceglierà di adottarla.
