🐾 Maak kennis met Micky – een kleine overlever op zoek naar een thuis Micky werd op straat gevonden met een grote wond aan zijn achterpoot en ernstige ademhalingsproblemen. In de dierenkliniek bleek uit röntgenfoto’s dat hij een transdiafragmatische hernia had, wat betekent dat een harde klap zijn buikorganen in zijn borstkas had geduwd. Hij had een zeer complexe operatie nodig, die genereus werd betaald door de persoon die hem had gevonden. Micky bleef drie weken in het ziekenhuis en is nu volledig hersteld – een echte kleine overlever. Micky is FIV-positief, wat betekent dat zijn tandvlees soms rood kan worden en mogelijk in de gaten moet worden gehouden, iets wat vaak voorkomt bij FIV-katten. Hij is ingeënt en gecastreerd, en zijn geschatte geboortedatum is 4 januari 2025. Hoewel hij nog jong is, is hij al een grote kat. Hij is een sociale, nieuwsgierige en speelse jongen die graag met mensen omgaat en vaak komt voor knuffels en aai-beurtjes. Omdat hij FIV-positief is en in het begin wat moeite had met andere katten, mag hij niet samenleven met FIV-negatieve katten. Hij kan wel samenleven met speelse honden, maar hij wordt soms iets te enthousiast tijdens het spelen en kan dan zijn tanden of klauwen gebruiken, dus een huis zonder kinderen wordt aanbevolen. Micky is een sterke, aanhankelijke kat die alleen het juiste thuis nodig heeft bij iemand die geduldig is en zijn speelse energie in goede banen kan leiden. ❤️ Al onze dieren worden gecontroleerd door een erkende dierenarts voordat ze naar België reizen.
