Midnight and Sunrise

Mixed Breed · Male · Young · 1 year

Midnight is the confident leader of the duo. He’s a stunning ghost tabby, with beautiful tabby markings hidden beneath his sleek black coat that become visible in the light. He’s very affectionate, loves being stroked, and will happily rub himself against you to ask for attention - he loves a good head and neck massage! Sunrise is the quieter, more sensitive brother. He’s a little timid at first and will need patient owners willing to let him settle in at his own pace. Once he feels safe, his confidence continues to grow, especially with Midnight by his side. The boys spent the first few months of their lives outdoors, so they would love a home with safe access to a secure garden where they can explore and enjoy the fresh air. They are fully litter trained, exceptionally well behaved, and have been very respectful of their home not causing damage. They’re gentle, polite, affectionate boys with lovely personalities, and it’s been a joy watching them flourish. If you’re looking for two handsome, playful companions who will bring endless entertainment, love and laughter into your home, Midnight and Sunrise could be the perfect match. They’ve always had each other, and we’d love to see them begin their next chapter together. Midnight and Sunrise’s Details What is the colour of this cat? About Midnight and Sunrise

What life with Midnight and Sunrise looks like

Midnight and Sunrise is a small young adult mixed breed cat waiting at Feline Friends London in United Kingdom.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Midnight and Sunrise, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Midnight and Sunrise?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Feline Friends London handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Midnight and Sunrise on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Midnight and Sunrise if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Feline Friends London will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Midnight and Sunrise already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Midnight and Sunrise isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Feline Friends London early rather than rehoming privately; they know Midnight and Sunrise and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
