On May 10th at about 9:20 AM in Vilnius, near house number 141 Pramonės street, a dog was wandering on the road. When he saw our employee getting out of the car, he approached her by himself and didn't move away. Thus, he ended up in the car and arrived at our shelter. The dog looks and smells tragically... His collar seems to have been hanging around his neck for more than 20 years... The collar had already started to rot, to be eaten by worms, there was no ring left to attach the leash... The fur was all matted, full of fleas, almost no teeth left, completely worn down, it had difficulty controlling its hind legs... He is a complete old man. The dog was very hungry and tired, but his tail still wagged happily and he enjoyed being petted. We doubt that he has an owner, and if he does, it doesn't seem that they care about their pet. He doesn't have a microchip. We named the dog Mijagis and accepted him into our family.

10.05 apie 9.20 val Vilniuje, netoli Pramonės g. 141 namo ant kelio blaškėsi šuo. Pamatęs, kad mūsų darbuotoja išlipo iš automobilio, jis pats pribėgo ir niekur nesitraukė. Taip atsidūrė automobilyje ir atvyko į mūsų prieglaudą. Šunelis atrodo ir smirdi tragiškai… Jo antkaklis atrodo, kad ant jo kaklo kabo jau daugiau nei 20 metų… Antkaklis jau seniai pradėjęs irti, pelyti, nei žiedelio prisegti pavadžiui nelikę… Kailis visas sulypęs, pilnas blusų, dantų beveik nerasta, visiškai nudilę, sunkiai valdo galines kojas… Jis jau visiškas seneliukas. Šunelis buvo labai alkanas ir pavargęs, bet uodegytę vis dar linksmai vizgino ir mėgavosi paglostymais. Abejojame, kad jis turi šeimininkus, o jei ir turi, tai neatrodo, kad jiems rūpi jų augintinis. Mikročipo neturi. Šunelį pavadinome Mijagiu ir priėmėme į savo šeimą.
