Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 9 months

Milo (male) and Minnie (female), born approximately November 2025, Milo: 25 cm tall, 35 cm long, approximately 3 kg; Minnie: 16 cm tall, 32 cm long, approximately 2.5 kg (as of end of July 2026); castrated, vaccinated, chipped, tested for babesiosis, borreliosis, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis, dirofilariasis, and leishmaniasis prior to release. About Milo & Minnie - two enchanting little mice The charming Milo and his beautiful sister Minnie were born in Romania in a Sinti and Roma settlement and lived there on a farm. They were two of a large group of dogs and cats. Since the people could not afford to feed them, they gladly gave the two puppies to the care of a woman with a heart who had been watching the misery for a long time. Unfortunately, Milo and Minnie's mother could not be secured and castrated, she would have been taken by someone from the group... Milo & Minnie now live with their lifesaver in the house and there together with other dogs and cats. Initially, Milo & Minnie are somewhat uncertain about strangers, they need a moment's time, but then they quickly and sustainably make friends with strangers. The same applies to dealing with dogs and cats. In the meantime, they know all the dogs and cats at their foster mother and get along well with them. Milo & Minnie are not only siblings, but also best friends. They do not argue, eat together and play and sleep together. You always see them together, so it would be wonderful if the two could find a home together. Of course, the two sweet ones have not yet received any education and still have a lot to learn. A visit to a dog school would therefore certainly be advisable and helpful. They have already learned to walk on a leash with their foster mother - quickly and without problems. For the age-appropriately active little mice Milo & Minnie, we are looking for an empathetic and loving, but also active home with a house and garden. Milo & Minnie are still in Romania.

Frequently asked

Adopting Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. SOS-Strassentiere e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — SOS-Strassentiere e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with SOS-Strassentiere e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Milo & Minnie – zwei reizende Zaubermäuse and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
