The little female cat Missy, approximately 8 months old, is longing for a beautiful home with a loving family. She was given up together with her four siblings Emi, Merlino, Milka, and Nieke by an old blind man living on the countryside near Cluj. We have helped him in the past when he took in strays. He called one of our animal rescuers to inform her that he had the five kittens with him. Shortly after, we took them in at our foster home in Cluj, as the living conditions with him were rather difficult. Meanwhile, Missy and her remaining sister Milka have moved to Munich into one of our great foster homes. She shows, for her age typical, very friendly, playful behavior and requires a lot of attention. As she is still so young, we do not want to place her in single housing. If there is no other cat in her new home waiting for her, she would like to move with her sister Milka. Since Missy is used to apartment living, she does not necessarily have to become an outdoor cat. However, if the new environment offers a very quiet location away from busy streets, she can be accustomed to being let out after an appropriate adjustment period. Otherwise, a cat-safe netted balcony, where she can survey her new kingdom, is also a great alternative. A patellar luxation grade 1 was diagnosed in both of Missy's hind legs. This means her kneecap pops out when she bends her leg. When it is straight, it is inside. However, according to the vet, it is possible that it will grow out in the first year of the young kitten. Our wonderful female cat can move in immediately and is already neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated. Additionally, she tested negative for FIV and FeLV and comes with an EU pet passport.

Ihre Geschichte: Katzenglück in schwarz-weiß: Missy sucht ihre neue Familie und wartet bereits in Deutschland auf dich! Die kleine Katzendame Missy ist ca. 8 Monate und sehnt sich nach einem schönen Zuhause mit einer liebevollen Familie. Sie wurde zusammen mit ihren vier Geschwistern Emi, Merlino, Milka und Nieke bei einem alten blinden Mann abgegeben, der auf dem Land in der Nähe von Cluj wohnt. Wir haben ihm schon in der Vergangenheit ausgeholfen, wenn er Streuner bei sich aufnahm. Er rief eine unserer Tierschützerinnen an, um ihr mitzuteilen, dass er die fünf Kitten bei sich hat. Kurz darauf nahmen wir sie in unserer Pflegestelle in Cluj auf, da die Lebensbedingungen bei ihm äußert schwierig sind. Mittlerweile konnte Missy zusammen mit ihrer noch übrig gebliebenen Schwester Milka nach München in eine unserer tollen Pflegestellen umziehen. Sie zeigt sich, für ihr Alter typisch, sehr freundlich, verspielt und benötigt viel Aufmerksamkeit. Da sie noch so jung ist, möchten wir sie nicht in Einzelhaltung vermitteln. Falls in ihrem neuen Zuhause noch keine weitere Katze auf sie wartet, würde sie gerne zusammen mit Schwester Milka umziehen. Da Missy ein Leben in Wohnungshaltung gewohnt ist, muss sie nicht zwangsläufig Freigängerin werden. Sollte es die neue Umgebung allerdings in sehr ruhiger Lage abseits von vielbefahrenen Straßen anbieten, kann sie nach einer entsprechenden Eingewöhnungszeit auch an Freigang gewöhnt werden. Ansonsten ist auch ein vernetzter Balkon, auf dem sie ihr neues Königreich begutachten kann, eine tolle alternative. Bei Missy wurde eine Patellar Cerxation Grad 1 an beiden Hinterbeinen festgestellt. Das heißt ihre Kniescheibe springt raus sobald sie das Bein abknickt. Wenn es gestreckt ist ist die drinnen. Laut Tierarzt ist es jedoch durchaus möglich, dass es sich im ersten Lebensjahr der jungen Kätzin verwächst. Unsere tolle Katzendame kann ab sofort umziehen und ist bereits kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Außerdem wurde sie negativ auf FIV und FeLV getestet und bringt auch gleich einen EU-Heimtierausweis mit. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und einer Schutzgebühr in Höhe von 250 Euro steht ihrer Reise in ihre neue Heimat nichts mehr im Wege.
