Her story: The beautiful female cat Moana is approximately 1 year old and has a touching story behind her: She met our animal welfare workers as they were starting a spay/neuter campaign. Originally, Moana was supposed to be released back onto the streets like most stray cats, but this was not part of her plan. When she was picked up again, Moana cuddled up at the feet of everyone present and started crying when they tried to leave. She never wants to be alone again and therefore we wish to find her a family that can give her lots of love and security. Moana loves being the center of attention, both with people and her fellow animals. Thus, she will need a lot of attention in her new home. She also has a lot of energy and likes to run around. The best match for her is her best friend Aelius, who is also waiting for his new family in the foster home. Therefore, it would be ideal if the two could move into their future forever home together, as they complement each other perfectly and we would not want to separate them. The young female cat is not suitable for outdoor life; she prefers to stay in a warm and safe apartment. A cat-safe netted balcony where she can bask in the sun on her belly is all she needs.

Eigentlich sollte Moana danach wieder freigelassen werden, wie die meisten Straßenkatzen, doch dies war nicht Teil ihres Plans. Als sie wieder abgesetzt wurde, schmuste Moana um die Beine aller Anwesenden und fing an zu schreien, als diese gehen wollten. Sie möchte in ihrem Leben nie mehr alleine sein und deshalb wünschen wir uns für die junge Katze eine Familie, die ihr viel Liebe und Geborgenheit schenken kann. Moana steht sehr gerne im Mittelpunkt. Sowohl bei Menschen als auch bei ihren Artgenossen. Daher benötigt sie auf jeden Fall viel Aufmerksamkeit in ihrem neuen Zuhause. Sie hat außerdem sehr viel Energie und tobt gerne umher. Am besten funktioniert das mit ihrem besten Freund Aelius, der ebenfalls in der Pflegestelle auf seine neue Familie wartet. Daher wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die beiden zusammen in ihr künftiges Für-immer-Zuhause ziehen können, denn die beiden ergänzen sich perfekt und wir möchten sie ungern trennen. Die junge Katzendame ist nicht für Freigang geeignet, viel lieber hält sie sich in einer warmen und sicheren Wohnung auf.
