Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht

Mixed Breed · Female · Young · 2 years

Hometown: Romania Breed: mixed breed Gender: male Color: black-white shoulder height: ca. 40 cmDate of birth: ca. 2016Location: Romania UPDATE May 2025:Narve is a very special dog who is still suffering a lot from his fear. He shows extreme shyness and insecurity when interacting with people. Currently, he spends most of his time withdrawn in his hut, where he feels safer. He doesn’t take treats yet – the trust in people is still too low. Narve needs a lot of time, patience, and understanding. People who meet him without rushing him, but with calmness and empathy, can help him build trust gradually. The sensitive male dog will need time to come out of his shell – but with the right support, Narve also has the chance to eventually find a place. We wish for Narve a quiet, dog-experienced home, ideally with a confident single dog that he can look up to. A securely fenced garden would be ideal so he can slowly get used to his new environment. Narve is not a dog for quick success – but one that can be shown the world and given a new life with patience.————–UPDATE October 2024:Narve still sits in the Vethouse. He is not touchable here. He snaps when under pressure and sometimes goes forward.————–UPDATE September 2024:Narve is back in the shelter from the clinic. He is currently housed in the Vethouse.————–UPDATE August 2024:Narve was bitten in his kennel. Fortunately, help could be given immediately. He now has a bite wound that likely needs to be sutured in the clinic. Narve is cautiously touchable. Contact: Our dogs are vaccinated (rabies and 2x basic immunization), microchipped, and equipped with the EU pet passport at our expense (we cover the lab fees) and tested for common Mediterranean diseases: Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, leishmaniasis, rickettsiae, filariasis, hepatozoonosis, anaplasmosis.

Glücklicherweise konnte man gleich dazwischengehen. Frequently asked

Adopting Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierhilfe Lebenswert e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierhilfe Lebenswert e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierhilfe Lebenswert e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Narve *2016 – Pflegestelle oder Zuhause gesucht and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
