No wonder she’s been in the shelter for several years. When you approach her, she backs away and if you try to touch her, she might even snap. Her frustration is felt by her kennel companions as well. Therefore, PODIANA can only be described as conditionally compatible. Perhaps with an older, confident senior who leaves her alone, it might work, but that’s uncertain. We are therefore looking for a single place for her with very experienced people who have no expectations of her.————Update April 2024: Podiana is not touchable. She snaps under pressure. She is only marginally compatible with Bubbles and Caisey. Perhaps a single place for her would be better, as she just wants her peace. Dog experience should definitely be present.————–UPDATE May 2022: PODIANA has resigned. After all these years where she was overlooked, she no longer expects anything good from life. Kein Wunder – sitzt sie doch nun auch schon seit einigen Jahren im Shelter. Wenn man in ihre Nähe kommt, weicht sie aus und versucht man gar, sie anzufassen, kann sie auch schon mal schnappen. Ihren Frust bekommen auch ihre Kennelkumpels immer wieder zu spüren. PODIANA kann man daher leider nur noch als bedingt verträglich bezeichnen. Vielleicht würde es mit einem älteren souveränen Senior, der sie in Ruhe lässt, noch funktionieren, aber auch das ist ungewiss. Für Podiana suchen wir daher eher einen Einzelplatz bei sehr erfahrenen Menschen, die nichts von ihr erwarten.————Update April 2024:Podiana ist nicht anfassbar. Sie schnappt unter Bedrängung.
