Meet Nelson – a 2-year-old bulldog with the heart of a gentleman and the confidence of a king! Nelson is a strong lad, but once he’s out on a walk he settles nicely and strolls along like the distinguished chap he is. He enjoys getting out and about, especially if it means meeting new people — which, in Nelson’s opinion, is exactly what the world was made for. If you’re willing to say hello, Nelson is very willing to be your friend. Like any true bulldog, Nelson approaches life at his own pace. Throw a ball for him and he’ll happily watch it travel… and then look back at you as if to say, “Excellent throw. You should probably go and get that.” Why rush perfection? Nelson could potentially share his home with another calm, friendly dog after a successful introduction, and he may also be happy living with sensible older children (aged 14+) who understand that a distinguished gentleman sometimes needs his space. He will need an active family ideally with bulldog experience, who can continue his training. If you’re looking for a loyal, lovable character with plenty of charm (and just a touch of bulldog stubbornness), Nelson might just be your perfect match
