Nemo is a well-cared for and delightful boy looking for a new loving home. His owner shares: "I've had Nemo since he was a puppy. He is a positive and social dog who loves food, people, children, play, and going on adventures. When he runs off with his dog friends, happiness shines through him. Dog-savvy and playful children usually find Nemo fun because he enjoys playing and throwing balls." Nemo isn't hunting trained, but he has a very good nose. I try to activate him as much as possible, but I don't have time for it all. Nemo is a talkative dog and has recently started barking more at home, which I think is due to understimulation. This has made my partner irritated with him, and Nemo feels it. Nemo is well-socialized with other dogs and shares his home with two females. When meeting unfamiliar dogs, he can become strong on the leash and bark, so his new family needs to be willing to continue training with him. He is used to being at home with dog companions but doesn't like being left completely alone. He finds loud noises and fireworks uncomfortable. I wish Nemo a home where he and his needs are central.
