Hinter seiner Niedlichkeit steckt jedoch ein eher schüchterner und ängstlicher kleiner Hund, der Zeit und Verständnis braucht, um Vertrauen zu fassen. Niebla begegnet neuen Situationen zunächst vorsichtig und zurückhaltend.
