Nuala

Mixed Breed · Female · Kitten · 4 months

Nuala Nuala arrived at Triple A in mid-August 2026, together with her siblings Grigori and Sammael. She is a beautiful tricolour kitten who is still shy and needs time to learn to trust people. If you approach her gently, she will allow you to stroke her, although she does not yet fully enjoy being petted. When she sees you, she often goes to the scratching post in her room, where you can gently stroke her without rushing her. These little moments give us hope that, with patience, they will gradually turn into signs of trust. She gets along well with other cats, both kittens and adults, so she could happily share her home with other feline companions. Nuala needs a family with experience of shy cats, who understands her nature and respects her pace. She needs a quiet home filled with patience and affection, where nobody expects more from her than she is ready to give. She deserves the chance to discover that people can also be a source of safety and comfort. With time, understanding and plenty of patience, we hope Nuala will overcome her fears and discover the comfort of having a family of her own. 🏡 To ensure her safety, windows and terraces must have appropriate protective measures in place before adoption. 📩 Adoption enquiries: 📸 Follow us on Instagram:

About Nuala

What life with Nuala looks like

Nuala is a small kitten mixed breed cat waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇪🇸Adopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee. Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Nuala, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Nuala?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Nuala on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Nuala if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Nuala already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Nuala isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Nuala and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
