Ola Rezerwacja

Female · Senior · 20 years

OLA—a kitten who came to us after an accident and is undergoing treatment. The prognosis is very cautious. The kitten uses a litter box. When adopting a kitten, you must remember that contrary to popular belief, raising such a young animal is not easy at all. We do not recommend adopting kittens into homes with small children. Kittens are still learning how much pressure they can apply with their claws and teeth, which often results in scratches and minor injuries. This is the most common reason for adoptions being returned. With such young animals, you need to be prepared to teach them everything from scratch. Kittens are exceptionally energetic and may damage furniture, curtains, and other household items. Keep in mind that a cat can live for up to 20 years—if you take in a kitten, you must be ready to take responsibility for it for a very long time. Kittens usually instinctively use the litter box, but it’s important to remember that there may be instances when you’ll need to work on teaching them proper litter-box habits. Remember that because kittens haven’t received full vaccinations yet, they’re in the highest risk group—they can get sick, and the illness may initially be asymptomatic. ul. About Ola Rezerwacja

What life with Ola Rezerwacja looks like

Ola Rezerwacja is a senior cat waiting at Schronisko Kielce in Kielce.

Senior cats are the gentlest house guests: predictable, mostly silent, and grateful for a sunny windowsill. Older cats often have minor dental or kidney issues — keep an eye on water intake and weight. Many sleep eighteen hours a day and want no part of any drama.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Ola Rezerwacja, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Ola Rezerwacja?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Schronisko Kielce handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Ola Rezerwacja on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Ola Rezerwacja if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Schronisko Kielce will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Ola Rezerwacja already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Ola Rezerwacja isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Schronisko Kielce early rather than rehoming privately; they know Ola Rezerwacja and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
