About Olec: Olec is not a dog for everyone, but a loyal companion for the "right" people. After living with a family for five years, he returned to us at the animal shelter in late 2025. In his old home, conflicts and biting incidents occurred, especially with men and during boundary crossings. Olec is a dog who closely observes the world. He is confident, acts with purpose, and values his comfort zone and established routines. He is not a "please-pleasing" dog who does everything for a treat; he discusses his own interests and communicates his boundaries in a subtle way. If these subtle signals are overlooked, he can suddenly overreact to outsiders. Nature: In front of his trusted people, Olec shows a completely different side: He is friendly, polite, and cooperative. Toward strangers, however, he is mistrustful and reserved. He does not need doggy social groups; he is the typical loner who carefully selects his social partners (human or dog). What Olec needs: We are looking for a quiet, childless home for Olec with dog-experienced people who can read his body language. Olec is a dog for enthusiasts who seek a strong-willed, quiet companion and are willing to work with him on his projects. Er ist selbstbewusst, agiert zielstrebig und schätzt seine Komfortzone sowie feste Routinen.
